Prescription Refill
Prescription refills can be made by contacting your pharmacy or our office. If you call your pharmacy for a refill, a request will be sent to our office. Please note, prescriptions can not be called in or approved on Fridays by our office.
Prescriptions may not be refilled if you have not seen the doctor within the past year. Please understand that this is for your protection. Often times symptoms change and new prescriptions become available. The doctor will attempt to prescribe the medication that will best treat your symptoms. Therefore, if you need to renew a prescription that is over a year old, call the office first to make an appointment. (469) 633 - 9595
Mail Order Prescriptions: If you require a 3 month supply of your medication that has already been prescribed, please fax a request to our office. (469) 633 - 9460
